In the fields "Main Contact Name", "Main Contact Phone" and "Main Contact Email" enter the data about person who will be the contact at the competition (person that can be contacted in case of need). If you have 2 contact persons, please fill the data for the second contact person under the "Second Contact" fields.
In the registration form, when you enter the NBC number, the data from the players that exist in the database is automatically filled in. If any of the data is incorrect, just enter the correct data in field.
It is possible to register up to 10 Female athletes and 10 Male athletes born in the time from July 1 2010 till June 30 2013.
Along with the registration form B, it is mandatory to submit photos of the players and the delegation (if they exist in the NBC database, then it is not necessary). It is also mandatory to send a signed form with the conditions of participation for all participants.
